What are your shipping options and costs?

• We use USPS for most of our shipping options.

• When you checkout you'll find all the rates to choose from on that page!

How long does delivery take?

Ground Advantage: 2-5 Business Days

Priority: 1-3 Business Days

Express/Overnight - Next Day to 2 Days

• We are at the mercy of USPS and UPS's shipping timelines but they are usually very quick!

• Please note that you can choose expedited shipping if you need your order delivered quickly!

What is your return policy?

Can I exchange something?

We do! If you don't see your country listed, please contact us and we'll give you the shipping cost.

Engraving Details

What types of engraving options do you offer (e.g., monogram, text, dates)?

We can do pretty much whatever you'd like. From, monogram, text, dates, special message, etc.

Where do I fill out my engraving details?

• We make it super easy to send your engraving details.  As soon as you place your order,fill out your engraving details

• It automatically sends your engraving information to us. 

• We'll be back in touch within (usually) 24 hours with an engraving details proof.

When will you send me my engraving details proof to me?

• Yes! We'll send you over your engraving details proof within 24 hours (usually).

• Please note that the proof is just to confirm all the engraving details are correct!

Is there an additional cost for engraving?

• It depends on the product you're having engraved and what you're having engraved on it.

• For most of the products we carry, the engraving cost is $10 for the first ten characters and after that it's $1.00/character.

What if I make a mistake in my engraving instructions?

• We'll send you an engraving details proof before we send the engraving instructions to our engraver.

• From there, you'll be able to double check the engraving details you entered are correct and give us final approval before we turn it in.

• Upon final approval, we turn your order in to our engraver. After that, unless they haven't started the engraving process, you won't be able to make any changes and will be charged the full amount.

What is your engraving timeline?

• Most engraved items generally ship within 10 -15 business days after you place your order and APPROVE the engraving details proof.  So, be sure to look for the engraving proof within 24 hours of placing your order. 

• Most of the time your engraved items ship out sooner and is usually within 5-10 business days. We quote the extended timeframe because we want customer to be aware that engraving takes time and it depends on our engravers order queue.

• During the holidays, (Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Graduation, etc) things are usually very busy so be sure to plan accordingly!

• If you need to have your gift arrive sooner, please let us know in the "notes" section of the checkout page, consider an expedited shipping method and an expedited engraving timeline.

• You can have your engraving expedited for a $50 day of expedite fee. Just reach out to us and let us know and we can notate that on your engraving order.

• Please note that if you choose expedited shipping that does not speed up your order engraving timeline.  It only speeds up the shipping time after we receive your order back from the engraver.

Order Information

How long does it take to receive my order if it's not being engraved?

• For products that are in stock, we aim to ship them on the same day or within the next business day.

• If an item is currently out of stock and not available, we'll order it from our vendor for you but this can increase the delivery timeframe to 5-15 business days.

• While these instances are extremely rare, we want to keep customers informed about the possibility.

How do I place an order?

• You can place an order on our website by clicking on the product(s) you'd like to buy and walking through the checkout process.

• Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or need our help!

How can I track my order?

• Order Confirmation Email - After placing an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number.

• Shopify Store Account - If you create an account, you'll be able to login store and view your order history and tracking information (when tracking info is made available).

• Automated Updates - You can also use our chat feature and find your tracking info there!

Miscellaneous Information

Do you offer gift wrapping and personalized messages?

• We do!  We are more than happy to gift wrap your Templeton Silver order and enclose a note to the giftee.

• Just enter the details in the 'notes' section of the checkout page.

Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?

Absolutely!  Just put the intended gift recipient in the shipping address on your checkout page.
