We will send you a proof of your engravement details to confirm that everything is correct before we submit it to our engraver. If you approve and realize after you receive your products that you made an error, unfortunately we won't be able to issue a refund. Please check your spelling and grammar carefully and thoroughly when filling out your engraving notes details. We are not responsible for any spelling or grammar errors submitted by the customer.
